Delete your RentSplit account

In the app (fastest)
- Open RentSplit and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email support@sysprola.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my RentSplit account". We will confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and email address.
- Your display name and notification preferences.
- Any household where nobody else has joined, with everything in it: its expenses, payments, rent details and invite code.
What stays, and why
In a household you share with others, the expenses and payments you were part of stay so your housemates' balances still add up. They are no longer linked to you: your name is replaced with "Former member" and your email is removed. Nobody can sign in as that member again.
